1 E-mail registration.

• Beginning of membership
  Membership commences after either a Game and/or Board Account has been
  registered.
  The user must use a valid e-mail address. Rockon Games reserves the right to
  test this at any time.
• Any punishment that may normally be decided to be a warning or a ban, may be increased to account deletion if the registered e-mail is not valid.
• Any user registered in any forums or instant messenger (when construction is complete) with a user name other then the one matches their planet name will result in punishment. Imitating another player or admin will result in automatic account deletion.

 

2 Errors In The Game

• Programming errors, "bugs," should be reported to admins immediately. They may not be exploited in order to gain advantages. Any user indicated in the activity logs as having aboused a bug, can lead to the account being punished.

 

3 Money Transactions

• It is against the rules to buy or sell units, accounts or resources for money. It is also against the rules to exchange actions or services for money. The sale of accounts is forbidden.

 

4 Netiquette

• A conversational tone should be maintained at all times. Insults, real-life threats, sexual comments, personal attacks, political statements, and spamming are all against the rules. In-game names, planet names, and player and alliance profiles fall under the same rules. Questionable or vulgar drawings, especially due to excessively large profiles, are also against the rules.

 

• Player names may not imitate names of admins, or other Rockon games team members. Names which are intended to be perceived as Rockon games team members will be deleted.

 

• All types of advertisement not sanctioned by the Rockon games Team is against the rules.

 

• Players may not request personally identifiable information from other players, such as: pictures, addresses, phone numbers, social security numbers, etc.

 

 

5 Punishment

• In the event of a rule violation, the admins decide upon the punishment. Possible punishments are: being attacked by admins, tempary bans, reduction of resource field and building levels, deletion of villages, partial or complete emptying of warehouses, partial or complete deletion of troops, removal from or of an alliance, and deletion of the account.
• All e-mail warnings sent to users by admins will contain a request for you to reply with understood. Warning that has no response after 2 days will result in further punishment.

 

6 Compensation

• A player has no right to compensation or replacement of time or resources or units lost on while suspended banned or during other punishment.

 

 

7 Appeals

• Players may plead their cases to admins via e-mail ONLY. Please see our contact us page.
• Any users dicussing apeals or punishment rulings in public fourums or instant messenger will be banned or deleted.

 

 

8 Corrections In Rules

• Our team reserves the right to change the rules at any time. If individual enforcement of these rules prove to be ineffective, that does not diminish their validity. The administrators are committed to replacing ineffective regulations with those which can be better enforced. These new rules will be used without delay and in any pending case. This also applies to implicit but unstated gaps in current rules which are meant to be viewed in the spirit of the explicitly stated rules.

 

9 Use Of Externals\Over-taxing the server.

• The use of scripts or bots which automate actions (such as building upgrades or sending troops) or modify the game interface are against the rules. The game must be played with an unmodified internet browser. All scripts which excessively tax the server are also forbidden.
• Accounts that excessively tax the server may punished without warning.

 

10 Fair play rules

• Everyone has a right to fun and fair gaming experience. Breaking rules not posted here, but are in the in option of the admins in violation of the users right to fair play or players protection, will result in a warning by admins and adding of the said rule. The rule will be added this page within a week after the time rule is posted and further breaking of it will result in further punishment. Users already warned who continue to violate the warning of the admins before or after the posting of the rule on this page will also result in further punishment.
